Original and RAW image files may be provided when specifically included in the photography agreement. Delivery of original or RAW files does not transfer copyright ownership. Where third-party editing is authorized, Photographs and Impressions is not responsible for the appearance, accuracy, quality, or presentation of photographs after they have been altered or processed by the client or another party. Usage remains subject to the license granted in the applicable photography agreement.
